| i fell really bad about my self and asamed but yet so many great things are happing in my life great girlfriend and doing good in school. yet i use porn daily and usely sevely times a day i feel so ashamed i fell that i am batreing god, my girl friend, and my self. i recently disovered that this is a major isuee and i didnt before because of substance abuse issues which i have concored i go to aa. because of those issues i was battling i didnt consider porn use a problem but know i do, it controls me every time i see even a remotly atrative women on tv or anywhere i feel i need to use porn, my mind is full of lust and i am asahmed i am a christian and i hate my self because i cant stop using porn, i used to blame it lonlyness but i have friends and am in a realtionship. it started though i think the roots because i was lonley but i know that just becaues that issue is solved being lonley i mean it doesnt mean that the porn addiction will go away by its self. i need help, i want to stop but cant, i tried so many times, and stop mabey for one two months and then it goes complety out of contol spend hours on end using porn, i want to stop the porn use but dont know how.

Man, my heart goes out to you!
How can we encourage you? I mean, I'm tempted to give you all sorts of advice (i.e. A "here are all the things you should do" list), but for now, I want to commend you for coming onto this forum. Bookmark this place and keep coming back!
There is hope. I'm telling you, you definitely can get free of all "the junk" as I call it.
