| hi everyone. my story is awful but i knew as soon as i found this site, that the Lord had shown it to me, in order to be forewarned and forearmed regarding my husbands addiction. i had been prompted to get up early one morning with our newborn baby girl, and get onto the computer to search abt breastfeeding issues we were having.(this is very recently, a month ago) before i even logged on, something was nagging me to check my husbands search history. he had been looking at pornography again. not a new issue in our 13 year relationship. but something worse was nagging at me, since he had been viewing pages abt prostitutes in our local area. i prayed and evidently he was praying and the truth came to light via voluntary confession on his part. he has been visiting prostitutes regularly for 7 years out of our 13 year r'ship. pornography and masturbation also a constant. i have chosen to forgive him (with Gods grace and strength) and working on our relationship with each other and the Lord. he is undertaking counselling, accountability and journalling. i have read alot of other posts here abt p & m - anyone else experience a husband with sex addiction specifically visiting sex workers?

hi jjules,
i am so sorry to hear about your problem. i do want to welcome you here. i have many issues, but yours is not one of them, so i can't really give you any insight in that department. it is very encouraging about your h's voluntary confession. i will be in prayer for you both.. and your precious baby.
