Today I want to request prayer.  I feel I can not pray enough or in the best way and I want to ask your help and God's help.

I am a recovering sexaholic, and I have stumbled in my recovery.  By the Grace of God I remain sexually sober, but I have not worked my recovery as I should have, with many periods with me doing nothing, and when I was doing it, I was not putting in nearly enough effort.  Because of this my partner, raVen, does not feel I am serious, and I have done even more irrepairable damage to her and our relationship by treating this as though it was not important enough, in her eyes.  I have recently (last couple weeks) began recovery again with a new zeal.  I intend to and pray that I keep it up.  I fear however that it may be to late for her, and for our relationship.

My request is that you pray for me whatever you see fit, but also specifically that I can be real with myself and others about where/who I was and where/who I am today.  That I can be relentless and thorough in my recovery.  That through this I can become the whole man and partner that I should be.  That I continue to foster and deepen my connection with God and that I develop connections with the members of my group and outside my group.  Isolation has always been my problem.  I don't have any friends here except my partner and I have only called my sponsor 4 times in almost 1.5 years.

I would also like you to pray for my relationship, that if it is Gods will, that it will be saved and both my partner and I find what we are looking for.

Thank you sincerely.

God Bless you!

Praying for you...  Probably if you started counseling, it would be evidence that to your partner that you are making a "good faith" effort, and, it would help you out a bunch...
