I know I need to go to SAA, but I am afraid of having an only male atmosphere. I do not feel I would be comfortable as I could be, and this may hinder my recovery. Anyone who has gone to SAA, could you please fill me in as to what goes on? There is a meeting this Saturday night, and I am considering going, but it is soooo hard, because I know I have to go alone, I cannot take my husband.......only me. My previous post "I told my husband today" is my story, if you care to read. I will be praying for strength to go this weekend, and at least see what it is all about, but not participate just yet.
Thanks!
God Bless!!

I haven't read your story yet but I will say about SAA. Go if that is what is needed. yes, there might be "just men ther" but if that is the case someone will point you to a meeting where there are ladies.

Another place you might go is on the internet.....

http://www.settingcaptivesfree.com This is Christren and it is very Bible based. A free course for you, the purity course. for your husband he could take the United front course this helps the SO understand what they can do to help and how to heal in their relationship. These courses are free. Their are other places that have simerilar courses but I believe the others cost. If however SCF doesn't meet with anything you are not out just tell your mentors that you wish to drop out and that is all there is to it.

This has been a blessing to me.

PS I am a man but you can read my story in the intro:

Like I said walking into that meeting the first time is the worst. also please forgive my spelling it's the worst.
