| Hey all. I've realized that I've been struggling with porn addiction for some time. I guess it started with sites that deal with accidental nudity and things of that nature. As you can imagine it progressively got worse with all of the celebrity nudity and short internet videos. Today I feel extreme guilt and shame. I'm considering this day 1 of the rest of my life without all of this filth. It's tough because I'm 34 and single. Last night I was just so BORED. I know that staying busy doing something constructive is essential. Could someone please say a prayer for me to be strong against this sinful practice? I'm planning on getting the book "The Road to Grace," so hopefully this helps. Thank you all and God bless. Ern

Welcome Ern,
Praying that you will discover where you're at, how you got there, what you need to do now and what strategies you need to have in place for the future. Recovery from SA is no easy road and don't beat yourself up over a slip.
It takes courage to ask for help and even more to reveal our weakness.
Oh, and don't let being single get in the way of your recovery. In many respects it's an advantage.
