| I am having a bit of a bad day. Things are tough here at work and I just feel blah. The reason I mention this is because it is when I feel this way that I am most vulnerable because I try to make myself feel better in selfish ways. I don't plan on doing that. I am going for lunch soon, so I will pray for strength.

billyyeah ,don't feel down, remember we have the victory ! and work as unto the Lord ! the steps of a rightious man are orderd by the Lord and he delights in his way let the joy of the Lord be your strength your in my prayers

Hey Bill,
I have many days like that. One thing that I've found extremely helpful is to find something exciting and fun to do on those days. Whether its a walk in the woods, or a quick break from work, I have to find something exciting that I enjoy. Maybe worth a try to brighten your day.

Thanks for your help guys, I really appreciate it. My afternoon went much better and I feel a lot better. Praise Him for not allowing me to ruin my day
