Unbelievable! They played two games! Can you imagine how tired you would be? Game 2 should be interesting.
How about the Pens coming out flat? Ottawa was all over them in the first

Boy Tampa let me down. Oh well I have Vinny and Marty in my pool and they each got 2 points
Detroit seems pretty strong early
Look for a Buffalo sweep of NY

Well Billy, what team are you cheering for? I'm not much into hockey but I'll follow how your team does. (I've been focused on the Yankees and baseball at this time of year.)

To be honest my two teams were Toronto, and then Edmonton. Both have been somewhat of a disappointment to me this year. So I will have to jump onto someone elses bandwagon again.
In the eastern conference I will be rooting for the Pens. They are young and a blast to watch. But I like Ottawa too so if they win the series then I will jump bandwagons again.
In the west I like the Sharks and Vancouver.
Basically I just don't want the Stars, Devils, Ducks, Wings, Wild, or Rangers to win. Anyone else is fine by me.

awww bill,
now you hurt my feelings.
i have always (30 yrs) been a huge l.a. kings fan. since they fired the best coach they ever had (andy Murray) and continue to come up with the same lame excuses its GO DUCKS. (now i know how cubbie fans feel).
ducks and ottawa in finals with ducks in 6. hoo rah.

Nothing personal, It's just that Edmonton got shafted in the Pronger trade (not that it's the ducks fault) and I just find it hard cheering for them. Don't get me wrong, their a fun team to watch, I just can't
But boy your right about the kings. They haven't really done much of anything in the last how many years. How many years can you be a rebuilding team?

Okay Billy, I'll tell you what: I'll just cheer for all Canadian teams. I need to keep this simple!

Lets be fair now.
The cup has no place in Disneyland.
It belongs in Canada. That being said there are probably more canadian players playing for the Ducks than any Canadian team.

LOL
that being said the raising of the cup is i believe the most dramatic and breathtaking in sports.
whichever team has that opportunity one thing is clear, they deserved it.
in many ways it is a christian metaphor of life, they have run the race and forsaking all else for the prize. beat up, tired striving thru the most that the other teams throw at them, they have run the race as to win.
oh if we could say the same.

I like that. It's nice to be able to draw biblical conclusions from things we enjoy. I too only hope I can say I have run the race with all I am, holding nothing back.
Go WILD!!!
No just kidding. I hate watching the wild....BORING!!

can you imagine the peace that the apostle Paul went into eternity with.
despite his circumstance and all he had done to the church before his conversion.
WOW....o that we would have only a taste of that.
