A Good Place to Be

 

Recognizing my own extravagant talent for sin

and discovering God and his love to forgive,

I somehow stand upright in this world. 

In this way, I am balanced to love God, myself

and other extravagant sinners like me.

Yes, Steve, this is very true.  It is only when we see the whole picture as reflected in the mirror of God's Word, do we see ourselves as filthy as we are, and as clean as he makes us, and then have the wholeness and humility to extend grace to others.  Praise God for His grace!
