What are the differences between husbands & wives reactions to their spouse as an addict?

I'm wondering if a husbands reaction to a wives sex addiction is the same as a wives reaction to her husbands sex addiction?

I read so much about how women blame themselves, compare themselves to the porn actors their husbands are viewing, even other pretty women in the mall or on TV. We are constantly sizing her up unconsciously wondering if our husbands is doing his own "sizing up"? We worry, we try to fix things and make them better, we do everything we can to keep the family together. We carry tremendous shame for having to deal with such a situation.

Do men in that situation look at their wives and think the same things? Do they internalize it like we do?
