Does anyone know how to check the computer history besides going into the "History"  or checking the Cookies?

I got a porn e-mail today(haven't had one in a while).  I think my husband may have been online, but I think he's figured out how to clear the cookies.  I  know he knows how to clear the history.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try clicking on the toolbar and picking internet options. View the files in the temporary internet folder.

My husband was also clearing the history and deleting cookies.  He has stopped this on his own since getting caught looking at something he shouldn't have been.  I tried checking the history as you suggested, but found that anything prior to his date of exposure is not there.  Any suggestions for searching1?

If my husband were continuing to delete the history, I would tell him I'd take this as a sign and assume he'd been looking at things he shouldn't be.  Also, have you considered placing one of the many filters available on your computer and if your husband has a computer at work, placing it on that one?  Would he be willing to do this?  Does he acknowledge in any way that he has a problem to get free from?  This is tough.  Praying you'll know what boundaries to draw with him.  Also, if you click on the tool bar at the top left of your screen, then click on content, and then settings, you can temporarily place a password which only you will know to go on-line, so you have to be around when your husband is on line.  This is not a permanent fix, but my husband has actually been glad we have done this until we do place a filter on our computer.  Oh, and be sure you're the one to do that as well so only you know the passwords for the filter.  I was so naive, I trusted our filter in years past because the block seemed to work for me, but my husband had been removing the filter to look at stuff and then putting it back on since he knew the password.  I felt really stupid and gullible at this realization, too!  Hope all this is helpful!  Keep up the good work!

If you have Windows XP, click start, then search for files... then for pictures. Leave all the boxes blank and don't fill in a file name. This will bring up every picture on the hard drive, regardless of whether it's from a web page or not.

Some times guys will copy pictures and save them in folders, so you want to do more than search the browser.
