I'm new here.I have been married for 14 years.I have two small daughters.2 and 6.My Husband has been addicted to porn for 14 years.He is in denile.He keeps telling me that it is no big deal and that every guy looks at it.He dosen't hide that fact that he looks at it.I know the websites he goes too and passwords.The only thing that upsets me is he dosen't think he is doing anything wrong.He lies to me all the time.I will stand by him no matter what.I just pray for him everyday and hope God will bless his heart and soul.Many times i thought about leaving but I just can't.I took my vows for better or for worse.I don't want a divorce.I don't want to get into another relationship that has the same problem.This Is a big problem in the world.I think that most men look at the stuff.Every women that I talk to always brings up that there husbands look at porn.Thank you all for listening......Roxanne.....Broken Heart.:X

My husband did this for the first 15 plus years of my marriage also.  He used the "all guys do it" line too.   If all guys do do it, they shouldn't.  It is hurtful, a betrayal and disrespectful. 

It was when I finally had enough of all the junk that my husband woke up.  I was done with him and his porn. It is adultery.  I had four children at that time and my rage and resentment was starting to seep into their lives.  That is what I am most ashamed of.  Thanks to God my husband did stop but he tells me today that it was because I took the option of porn away.  He thanks me for it now.

If your husband knows this hurts you and yet is so blatant about it, I would think more on the lines of emotional abuse. 

 

Yes this is a big problem in the world and that is why we can't just sit back and tolerate it.  I didn't ever want my daughters to think this is the way it is.
