Man, I thought I could beat this by myself, but I was dead wrong. Its been like two months since I logged on here.
After those two months without porn and self-sex, I gave back in. I was reading my Word and praying, but then I stopped for like a week and then it happened last night.
I am disgusted and disappointed. I really am getting tired of myself falling and falling again, I can only imagine how God feels. I really need someone to talk to. I wish there was a group or something...you know, kind of like AA

Welcome back!
There are groups like AA. Google "Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous," "Sex Addicts Anonymous," "Sexual Compulsives Anonymous", "Sexaholics Anonymous," and look on their web sites for local meetings. SLAA tends to have more women than the other fellowships, but all are very similar to one another and to AA. I attend face-to-face meetings, but I have also gotten a lot from the on-line SLAA meetings, which their web site will also point you to. Those meetings are about 50% female.
The good people who run this board are also in your area, and they will probably weigh in with other local resources.
I think it's absolutely right that we need help to get better. Addiction is about isolation, and you can't beat isolation alone. Great work coming back; I hope you can take the next step and reach out to people in person, too.
