ok tonight its bad.
In 2007 I have slipped just twice, but tonight its bad. I am interested in this girl but I don't think she's interested in me. She is acting far off an distant not replying to my emails and calls, and tonight its really hurting and I want to relieve myself some way. Please pray for me. I have to get purity, or maintain it. I can't do this.

praying for you, my brother.
Just had the temptation this morning, myself. And only 6 hours after tender relations with my wife.... So my situation was easier than yours, but I was still tempted so strong.
So, I asked myself -- "why am I feeling this"? (i.e., what legitimate need do I have, that I have habitually medicated with sex for so many years?) Well, I've been under extra financial and family stress lately. Just asking the questions helped me some. Then, I prayed to God to know what to do besides masturbate to meet that need. The thought came to "exercise", so I did, even though my wimpy muscles are already sore from exercising ;-). So, I made it past that moment... Hope you can use this process to help you some...
And, tonight I'm having another "moment", so that's why I came online here, and responding to you is helping some, and with God's grace I'll make it past this moment...

I had a time this morning myself with the old feelings coming back up. I prayed a bit, and the apartment is real clean tonight! I got busy and distracted myself to where the feelings passed.
It's after midnight, one more day marked down.
