| I made it through last night without m or lusting or anything like that. But man now the temptation has risen. My penis is getting erect for no reason and it just feels like I have to do it. Also, I had a dream I was making out with a girl.

Good job! The first few weeks are pure hell. For myself, I had to take it a day at a time. Then I fell again a few months later. The next few weeks were pure hell. Satan brings back the full weight of the sin on us. But, don't let him fool you. Take it even an hour at a time; follow the steps laid out on this site, and other places, (full confession; counseling; accountability; prayer; scripture study; increasing faith in Jesus' grace; exercise; etc, etc), and it gets a tiny bit easier each day, until, in a few months, you're thinking - "hmmm, it wasn't so bad today". But I've found that I can't let up even for a day... I'm too weak for that, but I think God has been giving me strength, in spite of myself... Keep it up another day!
