Well I'm 23 years old and have got this problem for about 13 years, I'm addicted to pornography, masturbation and now prostitutes and it always end in kind of a hell, I really suffer and don't know what to do.
Other problem is that I don't have friends and I never got a girlfriend, well just one but it was just for sex, so I really suffer because I want to have friends and other kind of relationship I see other people have very succesfully, I have been in drugs too, even is not my main problem I feel I got a brain damaged or something, I want to to get rid of it to change my problem but I just blame my family, the society, and I only have limitations, I take action but something in me holds me back, I feel really bad.
So now, I want to try to do things to meet people, like go to yoga or other things but is hard to get a new habit I run a business so I lack time, I don't know what to do I want to go with a psychietris anyway, please give me some advice what should I do, I've been in AA but I sitill feel I need something.

Welcome to this site. Just coming here is a big step in recovery. You will find many people here willing to help you.
I am a recovering sex addict. First, you are not alone.
My advice may be different from some others, but the first thing you must do is find a Christian church. Look for a church with a strong ministry to folks your age. It doesn't matter where you live, such a church exists. Do that today. Look on line. Find one close so that going will not be too much of a chore. We find many reasons not to go, and you want to minimize as many as possible. Then get involved. Don't worry about cleaning yourself up, or confessing your sin, or trying to be a better person before you start going. Just go. Jesus hung out with prostitutes and sinners of every stripe. They were the folks whose company he liked best. You will be welcome. I promise you.
If you haven't already, I suggest you read as many of the threads on this site as you can. And go to the link for the newsletter and read the past issues.
Then go to Shelley Lubben's website, http://www.shellylubben.com and read everything there.
Then, go to this website and read this article. It deals with the brain chemistry that is involved in pornography addiction. You may think it is merely sin that you are dealing with, and in fact we know it is sin. But, and this is crucial, there are powerful neuro/chemical processes going on in your brain that impact your chances of success.

The pornography addict soon forgets about everything and everyone else in favor of an ever more elusive sexual jolt. He will eventually be able to find it only among other "junkies" like himself, and he will place at risk his career, his friends, his family. He will indulge his habit anywhere and everywhere, at any time. No one, no matter how highly placed, is immune. And like all other addicts, the pornography addict will lie to cover it up, heedless of risk or cost to himself or to others."

hi there... Wow I feel the pain with you.. and have been where you are sooo much..
I have found what I am looking for and now see that it cleans my heart from these sinnful desires..
True love cleans my heart... In your post you know this.. Trick is finding people that can really care for you and love you.
I challenge you to search and find people that know your true condition and still love you.. Not like so often is seen and experienced .. people that want to give you information and "fix you without having to love you.."
I am sad this is the world we live in but I pray for you brother that you find a brother that you can trust and that understands your pain and is ready to walk with you.
I am looking for more brothers like that too but seem to have found at least 1 good one or 2 brothers like that..
