Welcome back! Are there new things you can add to your program, or things you learned from your past experience to help produce a different result this time? You talked last time about some things that were mostly external and behavioral. For me, the problem is deep and the solution has to be deep as well. What's the next step?

Well I have a good internet filter on the computer. I am beginning the SCF course again and im listening to some paraliminal tapes on breaking bad habits. Ive also began meditating to increase control over my mind.
Hopefully i get some success from it.
