| i asked a friend of mine to be accountability partners, and he suggested the accountability program from xxx church that sends a report of all of the web sites that you visited in the last week. it feels really good to finally be doing something about this addiction. 4 days and counting. i kept making excuses for why it was ok, like "ill stop next week" or "on our 2 year anniversary ill give it up for good" or "she made me mad so she deserves it". no more excuses. im finished this time. i know there might be times that i stumble (not that im planning on it or anything), but i wont let it stop me.

I applaud your determination to stop. You need endurance but above all a clean heart and an upright spirit as the Psalmist, King David, wrote in Psalm 51.
Will power is an important part.
I am not there myself.

| so i already had a slip. i went about 10 days and gave in to temptation. so far so good now. we are out of town and im feeling tempted a lot. please pray for me that i would be strong in christ to avoid and resist temptation.
