I acted out via 'm' the last few days in bed because its hard to get to sleep without it. I wont tonight I am determined, God help me. I want to find a mentor but I have a hard time doing so. I don't trust anyone well enough.
I am struggling tonight because I met a girl I really liked. I talked to her over the weekend and really want to get to know her. I gave her a call to ask her out and she didn't answer, so I felt like a complete idiot. I feel so embarrassed and now I"m vulnerable.

All the guys here understand what it is like to get "turned down" by that girl. We understand what it is like to volanmal at that point. I promish it will get better, a special girl is out there and she will not turn you down.
You said "she didn't answer" maybe she doesn't know if she can or not, at this time. I don't know.
Keep strong and about mb'ing at night something I learned to do was to sleep with my hands "outside the covers". This way I can't. I even heard someone say that they started to sleep with gloves on.

what do you mean she doesn't know if she can?
Honestly right now, the girl thing is getting to me. I haven't even been on any kind of a date or even just one-on=one hanging out with a girl since like September when I was still dating my ex, and since we lived hours away we didn't see each other that often. So I am really battling this. I found someone I REALLY want but I gotta be careful.

She doesn't know if she can right now. Is she seeing anyone else atthis time? Is there maybe someone that she is hoping will call her? Or maybe right now she is tied up with a commitment that she needs to get out of right now.
Single woman get tied up just like us guys do sometimes and sometimes we just need a little space so we can catch our breath and look around a little without getting ourselves in a relationship, what we need sometimes is to just have a friend.
